Pikaro: Kullanım Koşulları (EULA)

Pikaro'yu ("Uygulama") indirerek veya kullanarak bu koşulları kabul etmiş olursunuz.
1. Kullanım Lisansı
Uygulama, kişisel ve ticari olmayan kullanım için lisanslanır. Uygulamayı kopyalayamaz, değiştiremez, tersine mühendislik uygulayamaz veya yeniden dağıtamazsınız.
2. Abonelikler
Uygulama içinde otomatik yenilenen abonelik (auto-renewable subscription) ürünleri sunulur:

- Ödeme, satın alma onayında Apple ID / Google hesabınızdan tahsil edilir.
- Abonelik, geçerli dönem bitiminden en az 24 saat önce iptal edilmediği sürece otomatik olarak aynı süre için yenilenir ve yenileme ücreti hesabınızdan tahsil edilir.
- Aboneliğinizi yönetebilir veya iptal edebilirsiniz: iOS: Ayarlar → [adınız] → Abonelikler; Android: Google Play Store → Abonelikler.
- İptal, mevcut ödenmiş dönemin sonunda geçerli olur; kullanılmayan süre için iade yapılmaz.
- Ücretsiz deneme sunulmamaktadır.
- Fiyatlar bölgeye ve mağazaya göre değişebilir; güncel fiyat satın alma ekranında gösterilir.
3. Kullanıcı İçeriği
Fotoğraftan ürettiğiniz desenler cihazınızda kalır. Yalnızca sahip olduğunuz veya kullanma hakkına sahip olduğunuz fotoğrafları kullanmalısınız.
4. Reklamlar
Ücretsiz kullanımda üçüncü taraf reklamlar (Google AdMob) gösterilir. Reklam içeriklerinden ilgili reklam veren sorumludur.
5. Sorumluluk Reddi
Uygulama "olduğu gibi" sunulur. Geliştirici, kesintisiz veya hatasız çalışmayı garanti etmez; yürürlükteki yasaların izin verdiği azami ölçüde dolaylı zararlardan sorumlu tutulamaz.
6. Değişiklikler ve İletişim

By downloading or using Pikaro (the "App"), you agree to these terms.
1. License
The App is licensed for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or redistribute the App.
2. Subscriptions
The App offers auto-renewable subscription products:

- Payment is charged to your Apple ID / Google account at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions automatically renew for the same duration unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; the renewal fee is charged to your account.
- Manage or cancel your subscription: iOS: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions; Android: Google Play Store → Subscriptions.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period; no refund is given for unused time.
- No free trial is offered.
- Prices may vary by region and store; the current price is shown at the point of purchase.
3. User Content
Patterns you generate from photos stay on your device. You must only use photos you own or have the right to use.
4. Advertising
The free tier shows third-party ads (Google AdMob). Advertisers are responsible for their ad content.
5. Disclaimer
The App is provided "as is". The Developer does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation and, to the maximum extent permitted by law, is not liable for indirect damages.
