Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using Restla. By downloading or using the app, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. License
Ümit Can Erim ("Developer") grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Restla for your personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.
2. In-App Purchases
Restla offers a one-time "Pro" purchase ($1.99 USD or local equivalent) that removes ads and unlocks additional features. All purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by applicable law or Apple/Google refund policies.
- iOS purchases are subject to Apple's Standard EULA
- Android purchases are subject to Google Play's Terms of Service
3. Medical Disclaimer
Restla provides general eye wellness reminders based on the publicly available 20-20-20 guideline. The app is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any eye condition or disease. Consult a qualified eye care professional for medical advice.
4. Advertisements
The free version of Restla displays advertisements served by Google AdMob. Pro users do not see ads.
5. Restrictions
You may not:
- Copy, modify, or distribute the app
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
- Use the app for any commercial purpose without written consent
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
Restla is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. The Developer does not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Restla.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to conflict of law principles.
9. Changes
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
